We are planning our child’s party for the first time and need your help. How do we go about it?

Once we receive the details, we will send you our price list and images that best suit your theme. We will also tailor-make a party package for you which will include all the items we think you may require for a fun-filled party. Once satisfied, you may contact us to personally meet you and visit your venue.
We are planning a very small party this time. Do you organize small-size parties or do you have a fixed minimum order requirement?
We do not have a minimum order requirement. We are available for all parties including home parties . Please call us and let us know exactly what you require and we will try to help you out as best we can.
How much advance notice do you require to plan my child’s party?
Ideally about two weeks. But if the setup is ready with us and we have the date available we could help you even at the last minute. however for the best rates and artists, please keep a planning period of 2 to 4 weeks.
Are FunFacktory’s rates negotiable?
Yes, certain rates on decoration are negotiable if the setups are ready with us. Artists and performers usually have a fixed rate no matter how small the group of guests. Rates also differ from season to season and on weekends and public holidays. If you are looking for good rates bring your requirement to us at least a month in advance. Do you handle parties any where in Mumbai?
Yes, we are located in South Mumbai but we organize parties anywhere in Mumbai and areas surrounding Mumbai. We often take our team to other metros as well.
What do you organize and how do you charge?
We mainly organize the decoration, music, and entertainment. We can help you with your invitations, venue, caterer, and return gifts as well. Just let us know your requirement and we will help you out.
Are you tied up with any venues for private parties?
Yes, we have associations with quite a few venues across Mumbai. Choosing your venue depends greatly on your preferred location, number of guests, and food preference. let us know these details and we will be happy to suggest venues for your perusal.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a fifty percent advance payment to block your date and artist. However as party organizers chiefly for kids birthday parties, we do understand that you may sometimes need to cancel the event entirely due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case we do refund your booking amount after retaining a minimum pre- planning fee of just 10 percent of the total payment due. In case the party is postponed to another date there is no adjustment fee charged.

Do you take care of licenses required for music and alcohol?
No, all permissions and licenses for alcohol need to be procured and produced to the necessary authorities by you.
