All FunFaktory staff and comperes are personally trained by her and execute the events  under her guidance . Before starting up her own events company she has worked with many top event companies in Mumbai and has learned the ropes with the best in the business.

Crystal is a professional Special events organizer who gives personalized attention to clients’ needs, from the smallest detail of the event to the largest, with extensive experience in managing every kind of client from birthday party moms to company managers with a view to keep the client at ease before and during the event.
